Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you in advance that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled examination or treatment appointment are subject to a standby fee. In such cases, unfortunately, we are unable to take the reason for cancellation into account. Appointments can be canceled via email, SMS, or by phone at the provided contact numbers. Please do not send messages via Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, or similar platforms.

The standby fee applies to all types of examinations, as well as manual and device-based treatments. Its amount is equivalent to the consultation fee of the respective treatment or examination category. In the case of prepaid treatment packages, one session will be deducted.

The standby fee must be settled at your next in-person visit. Please note that if the fee remains unpaid, we will not be able to perform the scheduled treatment.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or in cash at our clinic. All prices listed include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.

While we cannot accept direct payments by health insurance cards, we can issue an invoice for health insurance reimbursement, which you may submit to your provider for reimbursement.
