Eyelid surgery, upper eyelid correction
PLASTIC SURGERY
Natural results
The procedure is tailored to your facial proportions, rejuvenating the eyes while preserving your individual features.
Hidden scar
The incision follows the natural crease of the eyelid, making the scar barely visible after healing.
Quick recovery
Local anesthesia, short operation time, and a brief recovery period — you can resume daily life quickly.
Who is the treatment recommended for?
Those whose excess upper eyelid skin droops over the lashes, narrowing the eyes
Those bothered by a tired, sad expression or smudged makeup
Those seeking a natural, discreet rejuvenation without altering their facial character
Those who prefer a short recovery period
Those experiencing functional symptoms (difficulty opening the eyes, increased heaviness by evening)
Procedure steps
1
Consultation and planning
Detailed examination (skin, muscle, and fat tissue), photo documentation, and discussion of the personalized surgical plan and incision placement..
2
Preparation and anesthesia
Marking the incision in a seated position, disinfecting the skin, and applying local anesthesia for comfort.
3
Surgical correction
Through an incision in the natural eyelid crease, excess skin (and fat, if needed) is removed with precise hemostasis.
4
Suturing
Fine, hair-thin sutures are used and removed a few days later.

The entire procedure typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Swelling and bruising significantly decrease within a few days, while the final, softened scar line continues to refine over the following weeks and months.
Post-treatment care

To ensure smooth healing, it’s important to follow a few simple guidelines.
In the first days, rest, avoid strain, and carefully follow your doctor’s instructions.
Cooling: Apply gentle, intermittent cooling during the first 48 hours to reduce swelling.
Head elevation: Use an extra pillow while sleeping during the first few days.
Avoid strain: Bending, lifting, and intense exercise should be avoided for 1–2 weeks.
Wound care and suture removal: Follow your doctor’s guidance regarding bandages, eye drops, or ointments; stitches are usually removed on day 6–7.
Makeup and contact lenses: Makeup can be applied after about 2 weeks; contact lenses may be worn with your doctor’s approval.
Sun protection and scar care: Use high-SPF sunscreen and recommended scar treatment products for 6–12 weeks to promote fading.
Upper eyelid surgery delivers a subtle yet striking transformation — your gaze becomes more open and refreshed, and your entire face looks more vibrant — while you remain completely yourself.
