Post-treatment care
Minor bruising, redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur, but these are temporary symptoms that usually subside within a few days. By following a few simple guidelines, you can quickly return to your normal daily activities:
Avoid bending over or lying down for at least 4 hours after treatment.
Do not press, rub, or massage the treated areas.
Avoid using cosmetics, perfumes, creams, or makeup for 12–24 hours.
Refrain from saunas, tanning, sunbathing, and intense physical activity for 2 weeks.
Your treating physician will, of course, explain all aftercare instructions in detail.
